Campers may be brought in at this time.  There will be no other access to bring in trailers until Thursday at 2 p.m.

Thursday

2 p.m. - 10 p.m. Campers may be brought onto fairgrounds.  Trailers must be on the South end of

    the Fairgrounds.

2 p.m. – 7 p.m.  All Entries Must Arrive

Completed Quality Assurance Form Required at Weigh-In

4 p.m. – 6 p.m.  Weigh and Photograph Lambs & Goats – Photograph with Exhibitor in Fitting &

  Showing Attire

4 p.m. – 6 p.m.  Weigh and Photograph Chickens (1 chicken in photo) – Photograph with

  Exhibitor in Fitting & Showing Attire

4 p.m. – 6 p.m.  Weigh and Photograph Rabbits – Photograph with Exhibitor in Fitting & Showing

           Attire

4 p.m. - 7 p.m.  Weigh and Photograph Hogs - Photograph with Exhibitor in Fitting & Showing

 Attire

6 p.m. - 7 p.m.  Weigh and Photograph Steers – Brand Inspection Form Required - Photograph

  with Exhibitor in Fitting & Showing Attire

8 p.m  Poster Deadline

8 p.m  4-H and FFA Record Books Due

10 p.m  All Exhibitors off Fairgrounds


Friday

8 a.m. Exhibitor Meeting in Sales Arena - All Exhibitors and Leaders are to Attend

Line up for Judging Contest in Sales Arena

8:30 a.m. Judging Contest

9 a.m.  Market Grading of FFA Chickens, followed by 4-H Market Grading.  Fitting and

  Showing of 4-H Chickens, followed by FFA Fitting and Showing

10:30 a.m. Market Grading of FFA Swine, followed by 4-H Market Grading. FFA and 4-H Fitting

  and Showing to follow.*

11 a.m.  Market Grading of FFA Lambs and Goats, followed by 4-H Market Grading.  FFA and

  4-H Fitting and Showing to follow.*

12 a.m.  Fitting and Showing of FFA Beef, followed by 4-H Fitting and Showing.  FFA and 4-H

    Market Grading to follow.*

12 a.m.  Fitting and Showing of FFA Rabbits, followed by 4-H Fitting and Showing.  FFA and 

   4-H Market Grading to follow.*

                                                     *Champions will be selected at the end of the contest

12 noon  Jerry Peth Memorial Award Applications Due

4 p.m.  Jerry Peth Memorial Award Interviews

6 p.m.  Awards Dinner – Tickets can be purchased for $10 with online registration

8 p.m.  Howard E. Howell Nominations Due

10 p.m.  All Exhibitors off Fairgrounds


Saturday

9:30 a.m. Howard E. Howell Inspirational Award, Ted Larson Record Book Award, Jerry Peth

  Memorial Award

10 a.m.  Auction Sale of all Livestock

5 p.m. All trailers must be removed from fairgrounds
